At NECC, the Medical Transcription Certificate builds on a strong base of science, medical language, and communication skills, and prepares you for an entry-level career in medical transcription. You will learn medical terminology, coding principles, and the use of advanced technology. You will also gain knowledge of medicolegal and business practices.
