Photo IDs

How do I get an ID?

In order to receive an ID, please bring your current class schedule, a driver’s license or other form of picture ID along with you to the Student Engagement Center on either campus.

Be sure to have your schedule including your ID # before arriving at the ID office.

To get your schedule:
  1. Log into the College’s website www.necc.mass.edu
  2. Click on myNECC button in the upper right hand corner of the website.
  3. Log on with your myNECC ID and password
  4. Go to the My Information tab.
  5. Under the My Classes heading, click on My Schedule Detail.
  6. Select the current Term, click Submit and print. You can also get a copy of your schedule at the Express Desk in the Behrakis One Stop Student Center.
  7. (For new users, your password is your date of birth {MMDDYYYY}. If you have forgotten your password, enter your MyNECC ID and click Forgot Password)

I have an ID already. How do I validate it for the new semester?

If you already have a College Photo ID Card, you do not need to get another picture taken. Validation stickers can be picked up in Haverhill at the Express Desk in the Behrakis One Stop Student Center, the Library, the Computer Lab or at the Student Engagement Center at the beginning of each semester.

In Lawrence, validation stickers can be picked up at the Welcome Express Desk in the Dr. Ibrahim El-Hefni Allied Health and Technology Center on 414 Common Street in Lawrence.

Where do Faculty and Staff get a photo ID?

Faculty and Staff may get a photo ID at the Help Desk on the third floor of the Haverhill Library.

What is the Photo ID Schedule?

If the scheduled hours conflict with yours, you may make an appointment by calling the student engagement center:
Haverhill (978) 556-3731, or Lawrence (978) 738-7417.

Individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing may contact any NECC office via the relay service by dialing 7-1-1 (TTY) or through the Video Relay Service (VRS) of their choice.
