Preferred Setup(s)

Droid

NOTE: You need to have setup your live@edu student email account prior to setting up the email on your phone.

Follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings > Accounts > Add Account
2. Choose Exchange (or if unavailable Corporate Sync)
3. Now fill in the information requested:
   1. Email: studentID#@student.necc.edu
   2. Username: studentID#@student.necc.edu
   3. Password: user’s password
   4. Domain: leave blank
   5. Server: m.outlook.com
4. Click to finish or save settings

You should now be connected to your Student Email Account

Blackberry

NOTE: You need to have setup your live@edu student email account prior to setting up the email on your phone.

Follow these steps

1. Go to Setup > Email > Internet Email Account
2. Pick other
3. Now fill in the information requested:
   1. Email address: studentID#@student.necc.edu
   2. Password: user’s password
4. Continue

You should now be connected to your Student Email Account

iPhone

NOTE: You need to have setup your live@edu student email account prior to setting up the email on your phone

Follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars
2. Under Accounts, choose Add Account
3. Choose Exchange
4. Now fill in the information requested:
   1. Email: studentID#@student.necc.edu
   2. Domain: leave this blank
   3. Username: studentID#@student.necc.edu
   4. Password: user’s password
5. Next
6. ServerName: m.outlook.com

You should now be connected to your Student Email Account
