Counseling Services are available on campus at NECC for students to discuss any issue or concern they may have. All concerns are addressed with sensitivity and respect for diversity and individuality. Counseling services are free, confidential, and available to all students.

Marcia E. Winters, LCSW, LMHC, a licensed mental health counselor, provides treatment, crisis intervention, support services, and referrals to off-campus therapists and specialized professionals.
