Adoptive Families Together (AFT)
Adoptive Families Together is network of adoptive parents that provide education, information, support and advocacy to strengthen families and adoptions. AFT members have adopted children domestically and internationally, infants and older children, kin and children with special needs. They welcome adopted persons, guardians, birth and foster parents, professionals working in the field of adoption and all adoptive families. Please note that some of the services offered by AFT may require a fee, visit their website or call for more information.
