Fax Machine
Send or receive your Fax transmissions from the Student Engagement Center office, D-119, Sport & Fitness Center, Haverhill campus. Cost $ 1.00 per page outgoing and $ .50 per page incoming. It is the responsibility of the student receiving the fax to pick it up.
Poster Printer
Enlarge your 8 1/2 X 11 (14") original into a poster size copy. Great for presentations, art projects, or special occasions. Poster printing is available through the Student Engagement Center, D-119, in the Sport & Fitness Center/Haverhill campus and L133, on the Lawrence campus. $6.00 for 8 1/2 X 11", $7.00 for 8 1/2 X 14" on standard poster paper. $10.00 for Poster sleeves to protect your poster forever! $8.00 for bright & bold florescent.
MTVU Network
MTVU is located in the Sport & Fitness Center Lobby and in the Fitness Center as well as the cafeteria on the Lawrence campus. MTVU provides announcements for college programs, events and courses, CNN news and sports, music videos. Contact the Student Engagement Center to request a posting on MTVU.

Housing Information Board
Looking for … an apartment? … a room to let? … a roommate? Housing information is posted outside the Student Engagement Center, D-119, Sport & Fitness Center, Haverhill and a list is available in the Student Engagement Center office, L133 on the Lawrence campus. Additional information can be obtained online at Town On Line and Rent Net and at the Lawrence Eagle Tribune, Newburyport Daily News and the Haverhill Gazette.

Laminations
Have your health card; insurance card, certificate or report laminated. Great for protecting valuable paperwork, identification cards and insurance cards, pictures and much more! Laminations are available through the Student Engagement Center, D-119 in the Sport & Fitness Center. $1.00 for small card pouch, $1.50 for 8 1/2 X 11 pouch and $2.00 for 8 1/2 X 14 pouch.
Lockers
Take a load off. Rent a locker. $15 for 1 semester/$25 for 2 semesters/$30 for the year (Includes summer). Lockers are located on the second floor in the Spurk "C" building on the Haverhill campus and in the cafeteria on the Lawrence campus. Locks can be rented through the Student Engagement Center.
Postage Stamps
Stamps are available for sale by the book or individually, in the Student Engagement Center, D-119, Sport & Fitness Center/Haverhill campus.
M.B.T.A Commuter Rail
Commuter rail schedules are available through the Student Engagement Center. Additional information can be obtained at the MBTA site. For the most current commuter rail schedule, please check the MBTA site.
M.V.R.T.A. Bus Passes
Monthly bus passes and bus schedules are available through the Student Engagement Center. Only $30.00 per month. Students with disabilities can purchase passes for only $15.00 per month. Good for one month from first day used. Additional information can be obtained at the MVRTA site . MVRTA runs a shuttle from the Buckley Transit Center in Lawrence at 7:20 AM and arrives at Northern Essex Community College Haverhill campus for 7:50 AM. This shuttle operates Monday through Friday throughout the semester. Bus passes and Bus schedules are available in the Student Engagement Center on the Haverhill campus, D117.
College Photo ID Cards
College Photo ID Cards are provided to NECC students and staff each semester at the Student Engagement Center, D-119, 978-556-3731, Haverhill campus or L-130, 978-738-7417, Lawrence campus. A College photo ID schedule is posted each semester on campus and on the NECC web site under NECC, Student Life Calendars. If you can not meet at the scheduled times, appointments can be made. If you already have a College Photo ID Card, you do not need to get another picture taken. Validation stickers can be picked up in the Bursar's Office, Registrar's Office or at the Student Engagement Center at the beginning of each semester. For further information, contact the Student Engagement Center.
