Bender Barre Class NEW!

Safe but challenging workout combining elements of yoga, pilates, and ballet. Focus is on strengthening, sculpting, and toning. Non-impact exercises use both dynamic and static poses. No experience needed.

Required: bring yoga mat, one to three pound dumbbells, and a 9–10″ diameter rubber exercise ball.

Zumba Gold: Low Intensity

Zumba Gold is a lower intensity workout than regular Basic Zumba. It is not quite as fast, but it is just as much fun! A dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness workout that combines a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps. An energetic and motivating workout set to Latin and international music. Wear comfortable clothing and bring water.

Gentle Moderate Yoga

Designed for both new and experienced students wanting a moderately paced class where they can slow down, breathe deeply, and relax. Includes muscle stretching and strengthening, moderate postures, and breathing and relaxation techniques.
