Students must pay their tuition by the due date to avoid being dropped from your classes for non-payment. You can use the online, 24/7 service that allows students to receive online billing with automatic email alerts. Log into myNECC, click on the My Information tab, then click on the View my Account, Make a Payment, View eStatements, eRefunds link.
Payment options include:

- Use the NECC 4-month installment plan. The Payment Plan offers you the opportunity to spread your tuition payments, interest -free into monthly installments.

Access myNECC for Self-Service and Email
After you register for classes, most correspondence from NECC will be sent to your NECC email account. Please be sure to check your NECC email and Self-Service regularly. Secure Health Insurance: A State Requirement
Every student enrolled in 9 or more credits must show proof of being covered by health insurance by completing the online health insurance waiver. If you do not waive the coverage, it must be purchased from NECC.
Get Your Student ID Card
Make sure you get your Student photo ID card so you can access computer labs, take materials out of the Library, receive discounts at local merchants and more. College Photo ID Cards are provided to new NECC students and stickers are given to current students each semester for their existing ID Cards. You can get an ID card or a sticker in the One Stop Student Services Center, SC Building on the Haverhill Campus, or LC Building on the Lawrence Campus.
Complete a Veteran’s and Military Action Form, if applicable
Veterans or dependents of veterans should complete a Veteran’s and Military Action form at the time of registration.
Attend New Student Orientation
Our goal is to help new students get acquainted with NECC, college life and ensure that each student leaves with everything they will need to be a successful student through our New Student Orientation Program. All new students registered for six credits or more are required to attend this 4-hour Introduction to Northern Essex Community College.
Submit Immunization Requirement Form
Proof of immunization is required for: 1) all full-time undergraduate students; 2) all full-time and part-time health science students; and 3) any full-time or part-time student attending a post-secondary institution while on a student or other visa, including foreign students attending or visiting classes as part of a formal academic visitation exchange program.
