Ethics in the Workplace Workshop
Experience the challenges of ethical decision making and develop a better understanding of the importance of interpersonal communication skills, which you as a leader will use every day. This workshop focuses on gaining an understanding of ethical and unethical behavior in the workplace along with learning about different communication styles, various “difficult” personalities, strategies to build mutually beneficial relationships, and ways to resolve conflicts effectively. Diversity in the global workplace and development of relationships between people of different values and perceptions will be discussed.
