Visit the Technology Help page.
Why is my email/Office 365 account asking me for additional information?
As of 1/11/2022, all student email/Office 365 accounts will have Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) enabled. MFA is an authentication method that requires the user to provide additional verification factors to gain access to a resource such as an application or online account. Rather than just asking for a username and password, MFA requires a code sent via text, a phone call, or a push notification from an app. This decreases the likelihood of a successful cyber-attack. For detailed instructions on how to set up and use MFA with your email/Office 365 account, click here.
Can I Type a Paper on My Home Computer and Come to NECC to Edit My Paper?
Yes, if you are using Microsoft Word to create the file or saving it as a Rich Text Format (.rtf) you will be able to edit the file in the computer labs at NECC.
