| DHE Trustee Training Portal | Commencing in the Fall 2020, the Massachusetts Department of Higher Education’s Office of Trustee Relations is providing mandatory training for all public higher education trustees. This link provides NECC Trustees with access to the training classes within the DHE Blackboard Portal. |
