There is a ten (10) day cancellation policy for room cancellations. If individual rooms are cancelled ten (10) days or more in advance of the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded in full less a $25 per room cancellation fee. Guest deposits will be forfeited in the event of “no shows” or cancellations within ten (10) days of scheduled arrival.
