We will discuss Chapter 5: Building Capacity for Equity-Mindedness among First-Generation Equity Practitioners, an excerpt from the book “Equity Walk to Equity Talk”. This is intended to be a peer to peer dialogue, sharing insights, thoughts, concerns, and questions surrounding this complicated and important topic.
