Capacity Café

THANK YOU to everyone who participated in the ICAT survey while it was open in March. The ICAT survey continues to be a valuable tool to help us understand both the capacity and the transparency of the work we all do every day. We have received our most recent results from Achieving the Dream. Please plan to attend our Capacity Café on Thursday April 20th, from 2 – 5pm when we will come together as a community to review those results.
The Café will be facilitated by our Achieving the Dream coaches and will provide us a chance to discuss our Institutional Capacity around seven critical areas:
Leadership and Vision
Data and Technology
Equity
Teaching and Learning
Engagement and Communication
Strategy and Planning
Policies and Practices
The ICAT measures progress and perception from every area and level of the college, so it is important that your voices are represented as we discuss our results!
