Turn In Your Fall 2020 Club/Organization/Interest Group Forms To Student Life!
All student groups must submit the following paperwork to The Office of Student Life to be listed as an active student group for the Fall 2020 semester:
- Student Club / Organization Registration Form
- Student Club / Organization Roster Form
- Hazing Act Form
Student groups must review their constitution and submit changes if necessary to The Office of Student Life via email every year. Student groups must submit their first meeting minutes to The Office of Student Life via email.
