The Deaf Studies Program at NECC Is Hosting a Program Information Session

If you are interested in taking American Sign Language classes attend this Deaf Studies program information session at Northern Essex Community College. ASL Interpreting services will be provided. To reserve your seat please email deafstudies@necc.mass.edu.

ASL Placement Assessments

If you are interested in taking an American Sign Language class in the Spring, Summer, or in the Fall, we are also currently taking appointments for ASL placement assessments.

Individuals who have taken ASL courses outside of NECC can make an appointment to determine current skill level for appropriate class placement. Assessment time slots are available before and after the information session.
