Draw Your Day: A Great Way to Relieve Stress! with Clare Thompson

Please invite a colleague to join us from 11 – 12! It is a great way to try something new.

The pandemic has been hard. Okay, it’s been awful, so my daughter and I set out to find way to relieve the stress we are feeling as we face our day-to-day lives. On our journey, we discovered the practice of keeping sketch journal to capture moments we want to remember in our days. Please join me for some mindful stress relief. No drawing skills or experience needed! Just bring your open mind, a pencil (add water color paints and a paintbrush if you are more daring) and a sketch book or paper, and we’ll have some fun discovering the gems hiding inside our everyday lives.
