Learn Healthy Strategies
Designed for currently enrolled students working with the Learning Accommodations Center, as well as other students with anxiety. Learn various exercises and training plans. Promote increased focus and attention in class and life situations. Learn how to use relaxation techniques and breathing methods, and how to make nutritional and effective choices in your diet.
