How to Stress a Little Less

The NECC Counseling Center will be holding a workshop on stress management. The goal of the workshop is to educate students on the physical and emotional impact of stress, as well as work with students to develop positive coping skills. Topics will include the importance of sleep hygiene, healthy eating, and physical activity, among other self-care practices.
