As part of a national initiative to increase Mental Health Literacy, we invite you to participate from 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM, facilitated by Certified Mental Health First Aid trainer Kathleen Bartolini.
MHFA teaches participants how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illness and substance use disorders. Just as CPR helps those without medical training to assist an individual having a heart attack, MHFA prepares participants to help someone developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis.
Course materials are provided. You must commit to the full training program, one day from 9:00am to 3:30pm plus two hours of self-paced work, in order to become nationally certified as a Mental Health First Aider.
Register! Seating is limited. More DetailsPrint View
