Mental Health First Aid Training

June 29, 2021, 9:00 am to 3:30 pm

We invite you to participate in Mental Health First Aid Training from 9am – 3:30pm, facilitated by Kathleen Bartolini on Zoom.

Mental Health First Aid teaches participants how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illness and substance use disorders. Just as CPR helps those without medical training to assist an individual having a heart attack, MHFA prepares participants to help someone developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis.

Course materials are provided. You must be able to commit to the full training program, one day from 9:00am to 3:30pm plus two hours of self-paced work, in order to become nationally certified as a Mental Health First Aider.

Questions: contact Sharon McManus or Kathleen Bartolini.
