Special Manager’s Workshop- Strategic Planning for Managers

Join Audrey Ellis from the Office of Institutional Effectiveness and VP of Advancement, Allison Dolan-Wilson, to learn about the college’s strategy for implementing the new strategic plan in every area of the college. We will introduce the new Assessment and Planning Rubric, discuss how you can use this tool with your teams, as well as incorporate this tool into your budget and planning processes for your areas. Please bring your laptop and a notebook to this meeting so you can fully participate!
