An event every week that begins at 12:30 pm on Tuesday and Wednesday, happening 6 times
The Counseling and Psychological Services at NECC is offering mindfulness and stress management to students. Starting April 7th through the end of the semester on Tuesday and Wednesday from 12:30 – 1 pm. These are remote video groups through ZOOM. We suggest all participants use headphones to increase privacy.
