The NECC marketing communications team provides a broad range of promotional expertise in support of the college’s external and internal communication goals. The MarComm department focuses its time and resources primarily on brand awareness, lead generation, and retention-based activities. The institutional marketing plan serves as a road map for strategic planning and project prioritization.
Although each member of the MarComm department has a clear set of responsibilities, most projects require the collaborative efforts of several members of the team. This broadens what is expected of everyone, and builds a level of overlap and back up across all delivery channels.
