Project Development Timeline Guidelines
The Marketing Communications team is dedicated to working closely with you to help you meet your strategic goals. Because we have to manage a robust list of both institutional and stakeholder projects, it is important that we develop a timeline for each project in our production que. Estimated project turnaround times (from development to completion) are determined by the scope of each project and the availability of resources. If we cannot meet your timeline, or if your project is not appropriate for the Marketing Communications team, we will tell you in advance and suggest alternative options.
New Print Collateral
New print collateral development – four to six weeks.
For projects such as:

Existing Print Collateral
Edits to an existing print collateral – two weeks.
New Webpage
New webpage development – three to five weeks.
Existing Webpage
Edits to an existing webpage – two weeks.
Event Promotion
Promotion for an event – four to six weeks prior to the event.
Social Media
Social media requests – two to three weeks.
Public Relations
Public relations requests – four weeks.
