Technical Assistance Hours

Technical Assistance is provided for Blackboard and courseware, Self-service, Microsoft suite, and other general questions related to educational technology.

PLEASE NOTE: If you need tutoring for coursework in NECC’s Computer & Information Sciences (CIS, CTE, CTN) and/or Engineering Design (EST) classes please visit the Computer Science and Technology tutoring schedule for assistance.

Technical Assistance is available during the days and times listed below.
