IT Service Desk Update
Due to the COVID-19 crisis, the IT Service Desk is reducing staffing on campus, but will continue to provide support through virtual services. IT Staff will continue to monitor the service desk phone number available at 978-556-3111 during our normal operating hours of Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. We will be utilizing Skype for Business and other collaboration tools as needed to facilitate assistance remotely.
