Logging in to Office 365
As a new student, you are required to first log into your student email account before you log into your myNECC account. Your email address is your eight-digit student ID@student.necc.edu. Use your default password provided with your acceptance letter. There you will setup your Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) and create a unique password that is used for all your student accounts. If you have any questions, call the IT Service Desk at 978-556-3111.
You must log into your student email account to confirm it is setup for MFA. If you forgot your previous password, select Forgot Password when signing in. Follow the steps to create a new password. If your email account was not previously setup, contact the IT Service Desk at 978-556-3111 for a temporary password. Your email address is your eight-digit student ID@student.necc.edu.
Please note: The password set in your Office 365 email account is the same password used for other student services requiring password access. Office 365 is now used for password management – to change a password or to recover from a forgotten password.
You can also log in to your Office 365 account through: https://outlook.com/student.necc.edu.
