Stretch your mind and body through mindful play with Yoga Games! This course is designed to teach children about yoga, while experiencing its many benefits through active games. By the end of this class, participants will gain knowledge through fun and inclusive games. Activities will be held outdoors when weather permits, as well as indoors, depending on activity.
