How do you dress with style and stay within your budget? A new noncredit course titled “Mastering Style on Extreme Budget” through Northern Essex Community College’s enrichment program answers this question.

Jillian Davis of Haverhill, a certified Passions into Profit Strategist and coach, teaches this course. Both sessions are $40 and meet from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Participants can expect to learn techniques employed by the most stylish icons and identify their own “signature”. They will also learn what 10 items are the most instantly stylish pieces that everyone can use all day, how to put it all together, and where to find stylish clothing on a budget.

Emphasis is placed on simplifying dressing and outfit selection. This class is filled with effective and subtle style techniques that Italian and French women work over and over again to great effect.
