We would like to inform you about the upcoming Police Academy training sessions that will take place on campus. Below are the dates and details for each training program.
Building Searches/Active Shooter
This training will be held in the Spurk Building. It will involve dynamic exercises, including searching hallways and classrooms, and the use of soap projectiles from training firearms. For safety, certain areas of the building will be blocked off, and certified instructors and safety officers will be present.

Defensive Tactics
This training will primarily take place in the gymnasium and on the fields, causing minimal disruption to other campus buildings.

OUI/Motor Vehicle Stops
This session will include live participants consuming alcohol under the supervision of safety officers. These participants will engage in field sobriety exercises with the recruits. Additionally, motor vehicle stop scenarios will be conducted in the Spurk parking lot.
