If you are a NECC student in need of a referral for assistance, please feel free to fill out the form at the bottom of this page or email communityresources@necc.mass.edu. Emergency Broadband Benefit: The Emergency Broadband Benefit Program is a Federal Communications Commission (FCC) program that provides a temporary discount on monthly broadband bills for qualifying low-income households.
Organizations and Resources Available To Support You
We care about you and your success at NECC. We understand that sometimes “life gets in the way” of your success in college. There are local, community resources that may help you stay on track as a student, including:

You may contact the organizations directly or complete the form below. A NECC staff person will be in contact to set up a meeting to address your specific needs.
If you have an immediate need, the United Way has a 24-hour, multilingual health and human service line.
