New NECC Student

As a New NECC Student, you must complete certain steps before you are able to meet with an Advisor.

Here are the steps you will need to take before you meet with an Advisor for Advising and Registration.

1)      Apply

2)      Academic Placement

3)      Orientation

Once you complete the Orientation Survey a staff member will call you within 24/48 hours for your Advising Appointment.


Academic Standing, ESL, Early College, GS: Individualized, and Promise Students

If you are a student that fits into any of the categories above, then your Advisor is in the Student Success Hub Advising Office. Please see “Student Success Hub Advising” To make an appointment down below.   Continuing and Readmit students who are in Good Academic Standing, please make an appointment with your professional advisor in your academic center. 

Current Students

If you are a current student at NECC, you can register online in Self Service.

  1. Please review your NECC student e-mail for instruction on advising and registration.
  2. If you are having difficulties with registration call 978-556-3700
  3. If you have more advising questions, make an appointment in Navigate with your Advisor.
  4. If you do not have an Advisor listed, please contact your Academic Center for Advising assistance.
