What We Offer
- It’s free!
MassReconnect provides funding for eligible Massachusetts residents 25 and older to earn a college degree at no cost.
- Options
NECC offers degrees in over 60 programs of study, including Business, Communications, Computer and Information Science, and more!
- Flexible
NECC provides open enrollment with seven start times throughout the year, and convenient scheduling options (online, hybrid, and evening classes).
- Customizable
We’ll help you develop a program to address your skills needs and identify the best resources to work for you.
- Support
Your employees would have access to all of the academic support resources available to NECC students.
What You Can Do
- Communicate
Encourage employee participation by spreading the word about our free market-driven educational opportunities.
- Nurture
Provide flex time and quiet study space for employees to do homework or participate in an online class.
- Educate
We’re happy to facilitate a company info session for your employees with one of our MassReconnect specialists.
- Evaluate
Meet with our academic advisors and corporate education team to help identify skills, certificates, and degrees to help your employees’ growth.
- Reallocate
If your company offers tuition reimbursement, you can redirect those resources into other education programs, or incentive bonuses for employees who complete a NECC certificate or degree program.
