COVID-19 Vaccination Requirements for the Summer & Fall Semesters
Students participating in the the Summer and Fall 2022 semesters must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 absent an approved reasonable accommodation. The deadline to submit a reasonable accommodation request for Summer was April 25th, and the Fall is August 5th. Students, submit your proof of COVID-19 vaccination using the COVID-19 Vaccination Reporting Form.

Classes with Free Textbooks
Are you frustrated by the high costs of textbooks? Now you can choose from forty NECC courses that don’t use traditional textbooks, but instead use free Open Educational Resources (OER).

Laptops for Remote Learning
Beginning with the Fall 2020 semester, all students are required to have a laptop or personal computer (PC) that meets the technological requirements for remote learning. Support is available for covering this expense.

New Emergency Broadband Benefit
There is a new temporary program Emergency Broadband Benefit, which helps eligible low-income households pay for internet service during the COVID-19 pandemic.
If eligible, the program pays for:
- $50/month for an eligible broadband service.
- Up to $100 to purchase a device from participating providers (one-time discount)

Spring Tutoring Available
Tutors are available to help students with their classes. Tutoring will be offered in-person in Haverhill and Lawrence as well as remotely through Zoom, email, or telephone. Please make an appointment through Navigate.
Life is full of challenges and it is normal for you, or someone you care about, to need help from others to overcome unfamiliar situations or difficult circumstances. The counseling center is here to provide that help.
Library Hours - Spring 2022
Starting Monday, January 24, 2022 the library on each campus will be open from 8 AM - 4 PM, Monday and Friday, and 8 AM - 8 PM Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday for in person use and services. Remote assistance will continue to be available as well, and you can make virtual appointments for assistance, or use our texting, chat, and email services for help. Technology assistance is also available Monday - Thursday between 4 PM - 8 PM using the library's chat service. Spring break and holiday hours will vary, so for up to date information about hours, services, ways to contact us, or access our chat, please go to the library's website.
