Perfect Blend Café closing for Winter Break – December 15th
On December 15th, the Perfect Blend Café will be closing for winter break. The café will reopen on January 18, 2023 for the Spring Semester.
COVID-19 Vaccination Requirements for Winter Intersession & Spring Semester
Students planning on registering for a Winter Intersession or Spring Semester course must be fully vaccinated.
The last day to receive your 1st dose of Moderna to be eligible for the Spring semester is December 7, 2022. The last day to receive your 2nd dose of Moderna to be eligible before the Spring Semester is January 4, 2023.
The last day to receive your 1st dose of Pfizer to be eligible for the Spring semester is December 14, 2022.The last day to receive your 2nd dose of Pfizer to be eligible for the Spring Semester is January 4, 2023.
The last day to receive your single dose of Johnson & Johnson to be eligible for Spring semester is January 4, 2023.
The last day to receive your 1st dose of Novavax to be eligible for the Spring semester is December 14, 2022. The last day to receive your 2nd dose of Novavax to be eligible for the Spring Semester is January 4, 2023.

Classes with Free Textbooks
Are you frustrated by the high costs of textbooks? Now you can choose from forty NECC courses that don’t use traditional textbooks, but instead use free Open Educational Resources (OER).
Free Text Book Classes
All students are required to have a laptop or personal computer (PC) that meets the technological requirements for remote learning. Support may available for covering this expense.
New Affordable Connectivity Program
The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) Program provides a discount of up to $30 per month for broadband services for eligible consumers.
Additionally, the program provides a one-time device discount of up to $100 for a laptop, desktop computer, or tablet purchased through a participating provider. The one-time discount requires a consumer co-payment of more than $10 and less than $50.

Tutors are available to help students with their classes. Tutoring will be offered in-person in Haverhill and Lawrence as well as remotely through Zoom, email, or telephone. Please make an appointment through Navigate.
Life is full of challenges and it is normal for you, or someone you care about, to need help from others to overcome unfamiliar situations or difficult circumstances. The counseling center is here to provide that help.
The library on each campus is open for student, staff, and faculty use. Remote assistance will continue to be available as well, and you can make virtual appointments for assistance, or use our texting, chat, and email services for help. Technology assistance is also available using the library's chat service. Holiday hours will vary, so for up to date information about hours, services, ways to contact us, or access our chat, please go to the library's website.
