Laptops for Remote Learning
Beginning with the Fall 2020 semester, all students are required to have a laptop or personal computer (PC) that meets the technological requirements for remote learning. Support is available for covering this expense.

New Emergency Broadband Benefit
There is a new temporary program Emergency Broadband Benefit, which helps eligible low-income households pay for internet service during the COVID-19 pandemic.
If eligible, the program pays for:
- $50/month for an eligible broadband service.
- Up to $100 to purchase a device from participating providers (one-time discount)

Fall Tutoring Available
Tutoring for fall courses begins on September 13, 2021. Tutors are available to help students with their classes. Tutoring will be offered in-person in Haverhill and Lawrence as well as remotely through Zoom, email, or telephone. Please make an appointment through Navigate.
Life is full of challenges and it is normal for you, or someone you care about, to need help from others to overcome unfamiliar situations or difficult circumstances. The counseling center is here to provide that help.
Revised Library Hours - Fall 2021
The library has revised its schedule for the Fall term effective Monday, November 15, 2021. The library on each campus will be open from 8 AM - 4 PM, Monday and Friday, and 8 AM - 8 PM Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday for in person use and services. Remote assistance will continue to be available as well, and you can make virtual appointments for assistance, or use our texting, chat, and email service for help. Technology assistance will be available Monday - Thursday between 5 PM - 8 PM using the library's chat service.
