Laptop Recommendation

Beginning in the Fall 2020 semester, students are recommended to have a laptop or personal computer (PC) that meets the technological needs of their academic program and of remote learning. If you already have a laptop or PC that meets the needs of your program, you do not need to purchase another one.

Apple Mac launched in 2011 or later. RAM – Minimum 8GB; 16GB or higher is preferred.
Art and Design Apple MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2020, Four Thunderbolt 3 ports, Intel)
All Other Modern Dell Inspiron 15 (or equivalent)

Students receiving financial aid (grants, loans, or scholarships) are encouraged to speak to their Financial Aid counselor to determine if any of those funds can be applied towards the cost of a laptop.

*Laptop recommendations are based on the type of work students will be asked to do in the courses required by their degree / major. The recommendations above were established by the faculty of the program.
