The Massachusetts Independent College Transfer Guarantee is a partnership agreement between NECC and private colleges and universities in Massachusetts.

Transfer Connections Program
Northern Essex Community College and Salem State University are here to help you plan your transfer journey by earning your associate degree at Northern Essex and successfully completing your bachelor’s degree at Salem State. Transfer Agreements
Explore about 100 transfer agreements we have with other colleges and universities. Transfer agreements help to ensure you are taking the right courses and electives in your program so you can have a seamless transfer from NECC to the four-year college or university of your choice.
Transfer Events & Campus Visits
