Beginning Fall 2025, NECC will start transitioning from Blackboard to Brightspace, our new learning management system (LMS). During this time, some of your courses will still be in Blackboard and others will be in Brightspace. Your professors will let you know if they are using Brightspace this fall.
Brightspace is part of NECC’s journey to create a modern and student-centered learning experience. It offers a clean design, mobile friendly access, and helpful features to keep you organized from checking course content and submitting assignments to tracking grades and staying connected with your professors.
