Small Business Development Center (SBDC)
Free business counseling is available to small and emerging businesses. The business counseling is held on the NECC Haverhill campus during the day, in both English and Spanish. This is through a partnership with the MA Small Business Development Center’s Northeast Regional Office headquartered at Salem State University.

Workshops on starting or expanding your business are also offered in partnership with the SBDC which provide a general overview of topics and are free of charge (unless noted otherwise).
