Refund Policy & Dates for Credit Courses

NECC allows a 100% refund of tuition and fees for a specific range of dates which is governed by the start date of each session. Students must be officially dropped/withdraw their classes with Enrollment Services either in person or by calling 978-556-3700 during office hours within the stated refund period.

  • Lack of attendance or course abandonment does not constitute a drop or withdrawal.
  • Failure to officially drop or withdraw results in final grades and no refunds will be issued.
  • Refunds are only issued to students who drop courses by the posted schedule adjustment deadlines

Refunds will not be granted after the end of each 100% refund period

13 Week Classes begin 2/3/21 – 5/10/21

You must drop on or before February 9, 2021

Session I: January 20 – March 12 (6 weeks)

You must drop on or before January 27, 2021

Session II: March 22 – May 10 (6 weeks)

You must drop on or before March 29, 2021

NO REFUNDS THEREAFTER
