Supporting Your Autistic Peers (All are Welcome!)

April 28, 2023, 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm

Every one of us has a neurology that makes us unique. The way our brain perceives and interprets the world influences how we socialize, how we learn, how we communicate, and how we problem-solve. Attend this training to learn more abut the autistic students on campus. How does their neurology influence their experience of an interaction with the world? What can you do to support and learn from them?

Facilitator: Ariana DeAngelis – Manager of Adult Training at The Autism Project – Johnston, RI
