Thanksgiving Pie Prep
November 21, 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm
It’s the Tuesday before the big day and we have PIES to prepare! Chef Sharon will demonstrate all of the tips, tricks, and techniques needed at at-home perfection and the peak of freshness. There will be a pie tasting of each recipe as prepared by the Chef.
Each participant will bring home the following:
- 1 Classic Crust & Spiced Pumpkin Pie Filling
- 1 Double Class Crust & Apple Filling
- 1 Baked Sweet Shell & Lemon Filling
- 1 Baked Sweet Shell & Pear Filling
Disposable 9″ pie pans, full recipes with instructions, and containers for filling are included for the class.
