Study Abroad Short Course Trip Opportunities

Study Abroad Trip Opportunities available to NECC students who have completed at least one semester of study and have earned at a 2.5 or better grade point average. View the current opportunities in the table below.



Travel with Professor Thomas and Professor Courchesene  for a 12 day adventure through Ecuador and fulfill a lab-science elective at the same time! This course will explore the majestic Andes Mountains & Amazon Rainforest, birdwatch in the Andes Cloud Forest and study Amazonian wildlife at Sacha Lodge!

Semester: Spring 2019

Course: BIO 117 – Field Studies in Natural System (fulfills Labs Science or Free Elective)

Travel Dates: May 20 – 31, 2019

Trip Cost: $3,500 plus the cost of tuition – includes all in-country costs (airfare, housing, transportation, meal allowances, etc). Financial Aid can be applied to the cost of the trip.
