Scholarships for Incoming Freshmen

NECC offers scholarships dedicated specifically to support incoming freshmen. 

The scholarship award amounts and eligibility requirements vary, so please check the requirements for each one and apply for any of the scholarships for which you may be qualified. You do not have to complete the FAFSA to apply for the Incoming Freshman Scholarships.

NECC Knight’s First-Year Scholarship

The NECC Knight’s First-Year Scholarship is a $1,000 scholarship, which is split over two semesters ($500 for fall/$500 for spring ). The number of awards available vary. The award can be used to pay tuition and fees, purchase books, supplies, a laptop, or pay for health insurance.
