Join NECC faculty Lisa Fabbri-Lopez for a discussion on recognizing how our service delivery affects our company image and revenue generation. How to envision communication strategies that build rapport by identifying the specific telephone/text email skills necessary to provide superior service and, in turn, build valuable relationships. And increase our awareness about the experience of the angry/dissatisfied customer. We will learn the skills necessary to provide superior service despite the customer’s anger/dissatisfaction.
