Multi-Factor Authentication has been enabled on NECC accounts
Passwords are the most common method of authenticating a sign-in to a computer or online service, but they are also the most vulnerable. People can choose easy passwords and use the same passwords for multiple sign-ins to different computers and services. To provide an additional level of security for sign-ins, all Northern Essex Community College accounts must use multi-factor authentication (MFA). IT Service Desk
Help with NECC accounts, including login problems for myNECC, Blackboard, Self Service, Email, and other services, is provided by the NECC IT Service Desk. The IT Service Desk offers walk-in support in Room A-341 on the Haverhill Campus, and in Room L-005 on the Lawrence Campus. IT Service Desk hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
