We ask that faculty and staff box up and label items for the move out of LRW and back to Dimitry, prior to the end of the current spring semester. This will ensure that all items that need to be moved will be properly labeled and accounted for. If boxes are needed, please contact the Facilities Department at x3922

The Dimitry Building will be open for classes for the Fall semester, beginning in September 2019.
Is There Available Parking at the Dimitry Building?
Yes, the Dimitry Building (45 Franklin Street) offers plenty of parking for Students and Faculty/Staff with a valid parking placard in Lot A. For more information on parking, please visit: necc.mass.edu/parking
I Am Moving Out of LRW, What Should I Do With My IT Belongings (Computer, Printer, Phone Etc.)?
Submit an IT Service Desk ticket, and include the current location and clear description of items, as well as the new location to which items are to be moved and how you would like the items set-up.
Where Do I Find the IT Service Desk Ticket?
The IT Service Desk Ticket can be found by logging into MyNecc, scrolling to the Faculty & Staff Frequently Used Tools section, and selecting IT Service Desk.
I Am Moving out of LRW, What Should I Do With My Non-IT Belongings?
Please box and label all items, and include your name and contact information on the box and submit a Facilities Work Request stating where the boxes should be moved to. Please be sure to take all personal belongings home. NECC is not responsible for any lost personal items during the move.

I Am a Faculty/Staff Member Whose Office/Department Has Moved, Is There Any Paperwork I Need to Fill Out?
Yes, if your office/department has moved, your supervisor must fill out a an Employee Information Form. The Employee Information Form can be found by logging into MyNecc, scrolling to the Faculty & Staff Frequently Used Tools section, and selecting Employee Information Form.
I Need Furniture for My New Location, Who Should I Contact?
Contact Sharon McDermot (email@example.com) with the items you are looking for. We have a surplus of items available on both campuses and these items will be given on a first-come, first-serve basis before purchasing new furniture.
