Summer 2021

Due to COVID-19, we will not be holding our College for Kids program for Summer 2021. Thank you for being patient with us and we apologize for the inconvenience. As we move forward with our programs, we continue to closely monitor the situation of COVID-19 and public health recommendations and update you as necessary.

Learning and Summer Fun at NECC

Help turn the “dog days” of summer (July and August) into the best days for your child by enrolling them in one or more of NECC’s one-week summer courses for kids.

Along with many creative arts classes the program provides great opportunities for hands-on exploration of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM). Students engage in learning investigations both indoors and outside on the NECC Haverhill campus.

Lessons are age appropriate with participants placed in one of two groups:

Juniors: Grades 2-4, (ages 7-10)
Seniors: Grades 5-7, (ages 10-13)

NECC will also be offering a summer program for teenagers (13 – 16 years old). Check out the STEM Academy page for more information.

Summer 2020 Schedule

Morning Course: 9:00 – 11:00 am
Mid-Day Course: 11:45 am – 1:45 pm
Afternoon Course: 2:00 – 4:00 pm

Program Cost

Cost

Each course costs $100 for the full week. This covers all registration and supply fees. For a full week of classes, 9:00 am until 4:00 pm, the program would cost $300 for one week.

Transportation is also offered from TBA to the NECC Haverhill campus and the return trip for an additional $25 per week.

Transportation is available between the NECC Lawrence Campus and the NECC Haverhill Campus.
